1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Slaizer's AI-powered packaging optimization platform and related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Slaizer provides an AI-powered platform for optimizing packaging and shipment logistics. The Service includes shipment optimization, box selection recommendations, sustainability analytics, and bulk processing capabilities.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to develop a competing product or service
  • Exceed rate limits or abuse the API

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, content, trademarks, and documentation, is the exclusive property of Slaizer and its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

6. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data, including shipment data, product catalogs, and CSV uploads. You grant Slaizer a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service.

7. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SLAIZER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
